Sapient Core AI installs & operates the Firm Capacity Engine for accounting & bookkeeping firms: an operating layer built on the firm’s existing software that automates client document collection, data intake, workflow progression, client communications & capacity reporting. The system produces drafts & pre-processed work for the firm’s review. All professional judgment, final coding, filings & client advice remain the responsibility of the firm & its qualified staff at all times.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Sapient Core AI, you agree to the following:

• You will receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders & call prep follow-ups from Sapient Core AI
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

4. Bookings & Communications

Booking a Capacity Audit call is free & does not constitute a purchase. Confirmed calls may be rescheduled via the link in your confirmation email. Unconfirmed slots may be released to other firms.

5. Payments & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
